indtravel Posted September 17, 2011 Report Share Posted September 17, 2011 Hi, My husband and I are on H1B and H4 Visa valid till 2013 from his previous employer. He has now changed his employer and his H1B is in process of transfer. I have a family emergency and need to travel to India. Can I enter US if his Visa is not approved only with a copy of receipt or do I have to wait for approval and then travel back to US ? Link to comment
