murthyuser10 Posted July 18, 2011 Report Posted July 18, 2011 Hi, I got RFE on my I-140, RFE replied within 33 days of the letter as mentioned in the letter, but there is no response from USCIS for more than 45 days, online status hasn't even changed a bit saying and also not changed the status to RFE response review yet, can some body please advise is there a chances of getting denial, Thanks in advance

We replied the RFE on 13-JUL-2011 and I got my I-140 approved on 18-JUL-2011. You should be getting it soon, all the best. Best Regards Gupta
kumar2576 Posted August 11, 2011 Report Posted August 11, 2011 HI Gupta i am in the same boat.How come we provide the format which USCIS is asking on previous employers letter head? my previous employers are in india and it is hard to get on the letter head. Any suggestions is welcomed
