murthyuser10 Posted July 18, 2011 Report Share Posted July 18, 2011 Hi, I got RFE on my I-140, RFE replied within 33 days of the letter as mentioned in the letter, but there is no response from USCIS for more than 45 days, online status hasn't even changed a bit saying and also not changed the status to RFE response review yet, can some body please advise is there a chances of getting denial, Thanks in advance Link to comment

guptanvs Posted July 25, 2011 Report Share Posted July 25, 2011 I also got an RFE on 01-JUL-2011 for not showing the required experience on the company letter head. We replied the RFE on 13-JUL-2011 and I got my I-140 approved on 18-JUL-2011. You should be getting it soon, all the best. Best Regards Gupta Link to comment
