Do ALL H1B Amendments come with I94?

Guys,

I am outside the US with a valid Visa Stamp and the I94 that came with the petition.

Due to some issues and some other changes in employment, the SAME company has filed an Amended petition.

My Questions:

Since I am outside the US now, will the new Amendment come with an I94?

If it doesn't, Do I have to go get my visa stamped AGAIN for the same employer but with the new approval notice?

IMP: I was outside the US when this amendment was filed. I came to India for Stamping and got it stamped successfully but I am still here. So I have not entered the US with the old approval's I94.
