indian99
Hi, Need a right suggestion in my case. Filled EB3 140/485 concurrent for a future employment and never worked for that company. Still have good relation with company. My 140 was Approved and PD is not current now. Returned to home country a year back and working here. What are my options in this situation. 1) Can I still file I-824 to move my file to CP? (If so can i do by myself? Do I need letter from employer again for transferring file to CP?) 2) If my 485 consider abandoned, Can I file for CP when my PD got current? 3) My education is Post grad and my current experience exceeds 10+years. Can any other company file for new EB2 140 and CP using my old PD of approved labor? Please suggest, I wanna take some action on this soon. Thanks for valuable suggestions. Link to comment
Belle
1) The company has to do it. Call them or their attorney. 2) I don't know. You should talk to your I-485 attorney. 3) Yes, sure. Link to comment
