My wife has travelled back to India for a short vacation. I haven't received the H1 extension approved yet. Since my wife's H4 is expired and I539 (application for extension) has lapsed, can she apply for H4 visa as soon as I get my H1 approval? Does this suffice? Appreciate your help. Thanks
