Assuming I am moving from eb3 to eb2 based on a new job that falls under eb2, does this new job also needs to be 'same or similar' in order for me to port my eb3 date ? I know there is the concept of 'same or similar' for AC21 but not sure how porting of priority date works when you are moving up 1 category.
