HelloGuru007 Posted September 23, 2011 Report Share Posted September 23, 2011 My wife is on F1 visa status, and I filed my I485 in july 2007. My date is current in the coming October visa bulletin. I am planning to change my job next month. So my question is can my file her I485 any time of the month? Will there be any issue in filing her 485, if at all my GC gets approved on the first day of the month. Thanks for the input. Link to comment
