H-1B Transfer and Extension

I am on H-1B with Company A now and I have valid visa till Feb 2012. I also have approved labor and I-140 with Company A.

But now I am transferring my H1-B to Company B.

I have few questions here:

1.Is my H1-B with Company A still Valid till Feb 2012?

2.Is my I-140 still valid with Company A(if not revoked) ?

3.Can I file for extension with Company A once I start working as Company B employee?

4.In future if my priority date is current can I apply for 485 with Company A?

Please reply. Any help or discussion in this regards is much appreciated.
