AuroraB Posted August 11, 2011 Report Share Posted August 11, 2011 I applied for an H1B exentension (through my company lawyer) 6 months before it's expiry date this October, however in the end of July USCIS requested more information (3 years of tax returns, W2s and my paystubs for the past 3 months). Does anyone have any idea how long processing typically takes after the additional information is supplied? I ask because I am going on my honeymoon in early November, and I'm very stressed about whether I will get the extension in time! Link to comment
