I have changed my job, have joined my new company(a prime vendor) and there is an RFE in my H1 transfer which was done in premium. My previous employer has already notified USCIS of their intent to cancel my H1B. If my transfer is denied, what are my options? I have heard that one usually gets about 4 weeks time to look for a job and apply for transfer if the H1B transfer is denied but I94 is valid. Is this true? If not, what else are my options.
