Hi,

I received 2 offers from company A and B, I joined company A and their H1B transfer went in to RFE.

Now I am planning to join company B, and they have initiated a transfer.

Will there be any issues if I join company B before company A’s H1B transfer is completed or the RFE is answered as the payroll for A is already running. Please advice.
