savibhat
My husband's priority date is current and so his lawyers applied for my I485 as a derivative applicant. The receipt notice for the I4985 shows a priority date when my labor was applied which is in 2010 and not his priority date. Should it show his PD as I am applying based on his PD getting current ? I have my labor and I140 approved through my company. Link to comment
Belle
You should have had his PD. However, your PD belongs to you and his PD belongs to him, so the fact that you are using his PD does not take away your own PD. I am pretty sure this is a simple error is field that was pulled, and not sure it is significant. Link to comment
