I recently switched my job to company B and didnt file for H4 transfer of family with company B. While doing H1 transfer to company B, I got it till end of May 2012 only.Now the issue is my H1 is valid till May 2012 and my family has H4 till August 2012. will this be an issue? do I need to get the H4 also transferred to company B? plz respond. thx in adnvance.
