Grandparents accompanying child for H4 stamping.

I am from India and currently I am in US on valid H1, my wife is also in US with her H1.

I have my 1.6 year old daughter in India and she is with my parents. I am planning to bring my daughter (on H4) to US along with my parents (visitor Visa). I will be thankful to you if you can answer my query.

I hope my parents can take my daughter for the visa stamping while they get their Visitor visa stamped.

In such case do I need to send any extra supporting documents, saying that as the child’s parents are in US hence granting the authority to Grand parents. Kindly clarify. I will be waiting for your reply.
