I140 regular processing times

Just wanted to know the current trend of how long does regular I140 applications are taking..It would be helpful if someone can share if they have just got it approved.

I checked for Vermont service center and it was showing a random of 30+ months. What does that mean?

What does this mean? 39.5 months??
