On June 30, 2011, USCIS received this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER

Status: Initial Review

Any thoughts how long does it take still to complete the processing? The issue i am facing is my EB2 dates are current and H1B extension still pending. Dont know my next step of actions. please suggest! and also let me know if i am in a bad situation!

Used to be 3 months, then 3 months 2 weeks and now it is 4 months from VSC!!
