H4 transfer of dependents

I'm on h1B with company A till jun 2012, my sons h4b is approved based on my h1B and is valid till jun 2012.

I'm planning to switch to company B in Jun 2011 and my h1b transfer will be filed in jun 2011.

My wife is also working in company C and planning to move to company D.

Now I plan to have my as dependednt on my wife's h1B, but her H1B transfer will be filed in july 2011.

Is it ok for my son to be on my h4b till we file his h4b transfer along with my wifes h1b transfer.
