poonamdsouza Posted August 1, 2011 Report Share Posted August 1, 2011 I had the same issue with my H1B status (expiring in June 2014) not being updated in the Colorado DMV system. My license expired on 6th June 2011. WhenI went for renewal I was asked to go to the SAVE office to provide documentation proof. I did that and after 6 weeks got a letter from Colorado State DMV office that my case has been verified & that I can get my license now. When I went to the License office & they checked their system - the system was updated with my status as H2B that expires in December 2011. I am not sure how to escalate the issue & who to go to for fixing this. DMV doesn't seem to have an answer & are not providing me with a license. Any help would be appreciated. Link to comment
