H4 Withdrawn + New H4 appointment coz of h1b transfer

Hi All ,

I am stuck in H4 renewal 221g case at mumbai consulate for last 3months.

My husband employer also falls under EVC model . Now my husband is planning for H1b transfer .

I just would like to know

1.How to withdraw existing h4 221g case from mumbai consulate? What reasoning need to be given to them?

2.After my husband do H1 transfer from company A to company B( as internal project ).

Do i need 2 months paystubs to again go to consulate for H4 interview ?

or

Just offer letter of employer B would be enough

to go for H4 interview again as it will be taking total of 3 months for getting complete h1b transfer process done

Waiting for 1 month for H1b transfer approval + 2 months for paystubs.

Please help me with this.

When you wish to go for the H4 stamping based on the new petition, you need not wait for paystubs etc. But having this will be a plus point. Again its not a required thing,you can just take his approval documents and offer letter and other documents to prove that prior to this he had maintained legal status always.

You can withdraw the pending 221G based petition by writing an email to the consulate and stating the reason why you want to withdraw, in your case change of employment.

My wife is in the same situation. We have been waiting for administrative processing since 3rd Jan 2011. Now I am thinking to change the employment from EVC to EC model.

Mr0012345 did you get xferred your H1b ? What happened to your new H4 application.?
