H1 filed my another employer

Hello everyone,

I have a complicated situation. I am working with Client 123 and my employer is ABC. I am currently working on CPT. My employer ABC said he cannot file my H1 due to some reasons and I can contract with XYZ company to get my H1. Client has no issues as long as I work with them. But my school is now denied changing CPT information.

So my new employer XYZ told me that he will file my H1 directly with same client 123 and I can be on his payroll from Oct 1st and transfer my project to him from Oct 1st. No party have any issues

But my question is

1. Is this technically possible, although I have project and employer ABC, can another employer XYZ apply for my H1 with same client 123.

2. What about paystubs, will I get any RFE. If yes, what might be the RFE for?
