who can hold - Original LC and I-140 ?

I work for a small consultancy. My employer initially promised me in providing original LC and I-140 to my self. Now, my LC and I-140 got approved.

I would like know:

In future, if the consultancy gets audited, will there be any issue if my original LC and I-140 are not with my employer?

Is it a rule that, the original LC and I-140 should always be with the employer?

Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Original PERM approval is submitted with I-140 application.

The notice of approval for I-140 is generally kept by the attorney office, as it is required for 485 application.
