aspire_h1b
I am working for Company X. I need to go for Visa Stamping for H-1B Petition for Company Y. Will it create any problem for H-1B Stamping? What should I say if Visa Officer asks for Salary Slips / Experience Letter / Current Employment? Thanks Link to comment

appa.takkar
@aspire_h1b Nothing to worry. Tell the VO it is a new employer and you will start working only after your visa is granted. Be prepared with all related docs from your current employer. Paystubs, W2, etc... Link to comment
aspire_h1b
Thanks for your replies. Company X filed my H-1B when I went to US two years back. Now, I am out of US and still working for Company X. Company Y filed for a fresh H-1B for me and I need to go for Visa Stamping for it. What documents from Company X should I carry? All Pay Stubs? All Old W2s? Anything I missed? Link to comment
