URGENT HELP!!!

I applied for h1b (regular processing) in June & my OPT will be expired on Oct 3rd. Later, as the time period is less my company has decided to move my application from regular processing to Premium Processing & they did.

Meanwhile, i got a RFE & simultaneously within 2 days my status has changed to Acceptance (Premium Process). Now i am very confused. Since last 4 days it shows acceptance.

Does the RFE still applies to the new update?

If i don't get any update from USCIS by Oct 3rd, can I still continue to work?

If No, are there any options wherein I can save my status?

you cannot continue working after F1 OPT expiration and before H1 approval.

while your H1 is still pending, you are still on F1. you get a 60 days grace period after F1 OPT expiration. it is best to resolve your pending H1 as soon as possible (before 10/3) to avoid disruption in employment.
