This does not show up when I check online status on USCIS website. Does any one of you have the same problem ? Does any one with same the first 10 characters of receipt# are able to see there status online. Please respond. Link to comment
venuraman Posted April 18, 2011 Report Share Posted April 18, 2011 I am in the same boat. I filed online (March 30th) and received a paper receipt from USCIS in a week but the case cannot be found on USCIS "check my status" yet. Link to comment

You should be able to obtain further details on your case by contacting the National Customer Service Center at the phone number provided on your receipt notice. Link to comment

I called USCIS (1-800-767-1833) and talked to the representative: Option 2 and then 3. They say there is some problem with the online and automated systems, but they have received the case as well as the supplemental information I sent. Link to comment
