Barcode appeared on Status update! Please advice.

Guys,

My senator's office forwarded me an email from the Mumbai Embassy that my administrative processing is complete, following which I checked the online status and my bar code appears in the September list. However, I haven't received an email from the Consulate. I called the DOS Visa office and was told that my case shows pending.

My interview was on Dec 17, 2011 - 221(g) yellow, large company, non-IT. I had exactly the same sequence of events happen in April, I submitted my passport but it was returned with a 221(g) yellow form. This is the first update since then.

I am not in India at the moment and am wondering what this email means. Should I come back and submit passport or should I wait for the elusive email from the Consulate? Have people submitted only on the basis of the online list without having heard from the consulate and received visa stamps?

Please guide me here guys.
