pardesibabu Posted May 17, 2011 Report Share Posted May 17, 2011 I-140 approved in May 2011. A great opportunity to change jobs but the new company doesn't sponsor H-1B candidates. Am stuck with the current company due to the long green card process sponsored by them. Meanwhile, haven't seen a raise or promotion in the last 3 years. Any idea if EB2 PD is going to move enough in 2011 to become current for PD April 2010 applicants? How about in 2012? Link to comment
