EAD returned to USCIS due to a postal error

My wifes EAD was sent back to USCIS by USPS since her name was not on my malbox. We both live together in the same apartment and i never knew her name has to be on my mailbox.

Given the mess has already happened, i am scrambling to find my options. Does anyone wwent through this mess and how long will it take to get the EAD redelivered by USCIS. I am sick and tired of the USCIS 30 day SR policy.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
