The response to the query was reached 2 days late to the USCIS.I reached on Sept 14th2010 instead of september 12th 2010.Inspite of that on Sep 14th, the status was changed to """""""REQUEST FOR THE EVIDENCE RESPONSE REVIEW"""""(USCIS WEBSITE SHOWS AS FOOLOWS:On September 14, 2010, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location) status till today.

Is there a way me or my employer can contact USCIS regarding the delay in processing the case staus?

Generally, it may be possible for the employer or attorney to contact the USCIS and request a status inquiry on the pending petition because the petition is outside the normal processing times.

I am facing the same situation. I was supposed to get a reply about my h1 transfer in may 2011. What did you get eventually? Did you get a reply from them eventually??
