Generally the USCIS takes actions on petitions filed with premium processing within 15 calendar days of receiving the petition. This means the USCIS will issue an approval, denial, or request for evidence within 15 calendar days. If your case is outside this processing timeframe, please follow up with the premium processing unit at the service center where the petition is pending.

I have tracked the Fed ex number, the documents had been delivered on Jul 18th.

-I am expecting the receipt in 1 or 2 days. Attorney is saying, still they haven't received the receipt number.

-Is it the same case happening now a days, please suggest.

I am a working for a company that is a direct vendor to the Client . I think Client letter is the only thing you need. Client has to mention how long they needs me here and explain what I am going to do during this duration and PO if available. If you provide those then no RFE. I even didnt provide my tax doc or anything. Best of luck !
