I didn't know this is the right option or not. I made a call to usps they said If recepiant ask for redeliver then only we do that otherwise send it back. Give me suggestion for this problem. rs_1973 Posted May 3, 2011 Report Share Posted May 3, 2011 Not clear what you mean - are you able to track the letter based on the number using the USPS website? Has it been delivered yet or not? If it is a PO box, no one will sign for it. You will run into issues. But, if it is an actual address, chances are someone will sign for it at delivery time. Link to comment
