H4 Visa holder port of entry documents.

Hello All,

I will be changing my employer to company B by end of May, 2011 and my wife have a valid stampede visa from my previous employer company A and she will be travelling to USA for the first time in June, 12, 2011, so my concern is:

1) Whether there will be any problem at port of entry ?

2) What sort of documents is required for her at the time of port of entry?

3) How can i apply for new visa with my new employer from company B?

Please help me on this and i shall appreciate your help.
