Other state license expiry, visa expired, extension in process

Hello all,

I've applied for H1B extension at CA service under regular process and last week I received RFE.

I've OR license which will be expiring in 1 week.

I moved to CA 2 weeks back and CA DMV rejected my CA DL application since my I-94 is valid for less than 60 days.

OR DMV said they can give temporary extension for DL but I need to provide address proof (which I do not have).

Is there anyway I can get a temporary DL permit?

P.S. I don't have Indian License too..
