Hi all

we have gone thru with interview in 2009, in local office, and in 2011 the case was transfered back to tsc, is there any posibilty we get the gc when the date is current or they may call for another interview again.

Depends on what you were asked the first time.

It was like a regular one

asked for all documents verified and at end gave another fp appointment and ask to wait until the dates r current

Donor worry when your date becomes current you will get the green card. When case goes from field office to Tsc you all set. Your case is pre adjudicate now so relax and have some beer.

I know of one of my friend's case and so I know it. Lately USCIS is calling for interviews for long pending cases. It is not a generic process though --- but only for some cases.....

What is that criteria? ... I don't know.... but if you already had an interview.... another one is unlikely....
