Attorney_10 Posted May 20, 2011 Report Share Posted May 20, 2011 Unfortunately, premium processing is not an option for I-539 applications to change/extend status unless the application is filed with the spouse's I-129 petition. The current processing times for I-539 applications is around 2-3 months. Link to comment
