H1 transfer after I-140 approval

Here are my details:

Priority Date: June 2009

Category: EB3

I-140: approved

H1-B: H1 applied 3 weeks back for a 3 year extension based on approved I-140

Question:

1) After I get my H1 approved can I change employers?

2) Do I get out of status if my old employer revokes my I-140 ?

3) If my old employer revokes my approved I-140, can the new employer apply for a new GC process keeping the old priority date and change from an EB3 to EB2 category?

Would appreciate any feedback.
