Mine is EB3 to EB2 case and was wondering what need to be done PD: 09/25/2006 EB3 to EB2: 140 (EB2) APproved on 04/25/2011 485 Applied in July 2007 Currently on H1B & is expiring on Sep 29 2011 Active EAD in hand... Added spouse on June 1 2011 Would greatly appreciate if I need to wait some more time or should call USCIS and ask for status. Thanks again for your help Link to comment
