H1 Transfer, Need to transfer.Extends H4 also

My H1 B is recently extended till 2013 and we got new I-94 for my Wife as she is on H4.

Now I am looking for H1 transfer to new employee, Do I need to extends or transfer my spouse H4 also which is valid till 2013.

If No what will happens if we go to India for stamping this year.
