I 140 question for Diploma holders

Hi,

I have 13 years of education (10+3 yr Diploma in computers) + 14 years of experience.

My lobor states :

Bachelor's or equivalent

Education evaluation done to show as US Bachelor's.

Could you please let me know if their any issue's/RFE could arise during 140 processing due to education.

Can this be applied as Skilled worker in I 140 (but labor states bachelor's or equivalent).

Generally if the LC requires a BS degree, the USCIS will expect to see a single-source 4 year Bachelor's degree.

sotty my labor is not applied yet, but my job description says bachelor's or equivalent in the job ad published in job sites.

Can you please let me know if the Labor can be applied as Minimum education required as None or High school or Others which says High school + 10 years of experience ? even though the ad says bachelor's or equivalent.
