My L1B employer (Employer A) is now offering a better offer and wants me to retain my L1B status. mightynaren Posted October 3, 2011 Author Report Share Posted October 3, 2011 I traveled to INDIA on September 24th and returned on 02nd October with no issues at Port of Entry (Chicago). I got a new I-94 with L1 status valid until Oct 2014 (though my VISA expires in 2012). Thank you everyone for your response. Link to comment
