ds0612
I appeared for h4 visa interview on may 19..they retained my passport but 2 days later i got an email asking for petiioner tax returns, client letter, vendor letter. I submitted all the documents on june 6. Now today i got another mail asking for my husband's I797, I129, LCA, cover letter with project description and w2's of all the employees of the petioner. Why are they asking for all these details for h4? will they reject my case even after i submit all the documents? has anyone been asked twice for documents? i thought they would just ask once for documents. thanks Link to comment
raj_ky
If you check the murthyforum, lot of people got 221g more than once. It is irrelevant of H4 or H1, in your case they asking for petitioner documents. If you get 221g, it does not mean your visa will be rejected. The consulates wants to confirm everything before they issue visa. Link to comment
