I-140 in Acceptance stage for last 10 days

I-140 applied at: Texas TSC

I-140 Regular applied: 08/17/2011

I-140 Premium change: 09/09/2011

USCIS Received Date: 09/13/2011

Status: Acceptance

Company applied my EB2 I-140 filing on Aug-17th 2011. Then they made the change from Regular to Premium processing on Sep-9th. USCIS site show my case date change from Regular to Premium and now the accepted date is Sep-13th. But still my case status shows as "Acceptance" stage and not moved further as of Sep-23.

Do I need to wait or enquire with my company lawyer? Is this normal? I see alot of premium cases ger replied within few days. My case has not moved to review stage and I am little concerned.

Please help.
