gakan16
My H1 expires on Sep 2012. My PERM has already been applied by Company A (in June 2011). However, company A is laying folks and I have a job offer from company B. Can I get an H1 extension for 1 year based on Company A's PERM filing? I see 3 scenarios- 1. I accept Company B's offer and when they file for my H1 transfer, can they get a 1 year extension based on Company A's PERM application (even though its currently pending?) 2. If my PERM application is approved, can I get the 1 year extension rightaway with Company B? 3. If my 140 is approved, can I get a 3 year extension rightaway? Link to comment
