kalls23
Hi, I have an approved I140 from company A. Then laid off from this company. Now I work for Company B. Sixth year will be complete this year. Meanwhile got NOID on I140 for education evaluation and company A attroney said he will submit evidence. I am wondering what are my options at this point. My current company can start the process fresh with Labor and new I140. This company B hasn't doing well in terms revenue. Could somebody suggest some options for me? one specific question is can I continue to work for company B and find a company C and when you work for Company B can Company C file a I140 petition for you. Please please advice. Link to comment

wabis
I believe your 485 is not filed for which company A 140 won't work for u as u r working for B. 140 is company petition. 140 is filed based on Approved Labor, and company C would need to do that for you first. Link to comment
kalls23
Thanks Wabis! So, I can work for Company B. While Company C can file Labor and I140 on my behalf? After this process, ofcourse I will join Company C. Link to comment
