Srini1481
My 6yrs H1B will be expiring in Oct 2012. My employer had completed job posting and ended up with 5 applications. After initial phone screening, HR concluded that they found 3 candidates meeting minimum requirements and cannot proceed with my PERM case. I don't have any other options, I don't know what to do. Could anyone please show me some direction on how to proceed with my HR? Link to comment
visapims
Sorry to hear your situation. It's always at company's discretion to sponsor a green card for anyone. Try to convince them. If you have been with them for a while your performance should speak for yourself. Link to comment
Transformer
Sorry to hear this but that's how the process works. If they find a qualifying US Citizen during the recruitment process the PERM should stop immediately. it's the rule. You can't get around. Link to comment
