i 485 application received in the mail. No cpo yet Belle, JoeF,etc please help

We already received our approval notice for I-485.Our online status changed from initial review to post decision activity and we never received CPO email from USCIS. Is that normal ? How long we have to wait for actual green card ? Our I-485 approval notice says following. The above application has been approved. Prior to receiving your permanent resident card you may be required to report for biometrics processing. Please do not take any action at this time.If you are required for this processing, you will receive another notice, advising you of the date,time and location to appear. If you have not received your permanent resident card or the above required notice to appear for biometrics processing within 90 days please call this office at the number listed below.
