H1B Approved with valid paystubs but No I-94

Hi,

I am on fresh H1B.I got my visa for 2 years and I am working with a company A from last 4 months and i have all valid paystubs.i got full time with an American fortune MNC B.They filed my Transfer and i got Transfer H1B approved but there is no I-97.I don't know the reason for this,but my attorney is telling me to go and re-enter with old visa and new I-797 so you can get new I-94.Will this possible?.if i get denied to enter at POE then what are the issues?.

I am currently hearing many visa issues.if i go for new stamping what are my chances of getting new Visa.

Is there any way to get new I-94 in my case from USCIS?.if my new attorney accidentally filed a new petition instead of change of employer.Will there be possibility to file a transfer again.

if it is USCIS error,will they send a new petiton with I-94.

Please share if anyone faced this situation before.
