I am planning to look for job(I have quite few solid offers from employer). My questionis, if I apply for H1 in premium procesing, if its approved. Can I immediatly start working on H1. Is there any time period, we need to wait before changing from H4 to H1. Please help me, as my travel on H4 depends on what answer I get from this. Link to comment
Joe.F Posted September 6, 2011 Report Share Posted September 6, 2011 Generally, filing a COS after 90 days is fine. If it is done earlier, the assumption is that you intended to change status when you entered. Link to comment
