Worker11 Posted September 8, 2011 Report Share Posted September 8, 2011 Well, here is my LEGEND: June filer:) Center: TSC I-140 for EB1(a) filed 06/05/2011 received 06/06/2011 PD:06/06/2011 Approved 06/15/2011 NA received 06/20/2011 I-485/EAD/AP filed 06/20/2011 Received - 06/21/2011 ND - 06/22/2011 FP - appointment on 07/29/2011 (NA issued Jul 1 2011 received - Jul - 5 - 2011) Had my FP done on Wednesday (07/06/2011) Folks at the service support center were extremely polite and friendly:) EAD - approved - 08/26/2011 AP - approved - 08/26/2011 Card production order placed on 08/26/2011 EAD/AP card received Sept. 02 2011 LUD 08/26/2011 Link to comment

vjvibes Posted September 12, 2011 Author Report Share Posted September 12, 2011 @Arjun, congrats on your GC. did you apply "485/EAD/AP" for YOU as well as spouse in July 1, 2011? or you applied only for the spouse on July 1st. If you applied for both on July 1st, interesting to see you got the GC directly in such a short time. Ofc, thats great. can you tell you when did you go for Finger Printing? Thanks! Link to comment

However I'm expecting H1 extension approval which I applied nearly 4 months ago along with that I need to atleast get the EAD & AP first. will keep posted the update if I receive anything.
