I have a question regarding

Application for Permanent Employment Certification 'ETA form 9089'. In section 'H' of the ETA9089 form, it asks about the job and skill requirements of a company. In sections 'J' & 'K' it asks about the alien information (alien's experience and qualifications).

In my ETA form that my lawyer submitted a week ago, section H (job/skill requirements) and section J & K (aliens skills) does not match 100% (they match around 60%). Can this be a problem?

I do have experience letters from my previous employer showing that I have the required experience as mentioned in section H of ETA 9089.
