I-140 approved, got a promotion, do I need to file PERM again?

Hello Everyone,

My I-140 was approved under EB-2 category last year and my priority date is Jan 2010. The application was made under the job title "Software Developer III"

Now in the past year I had a promotion which made me "Software Developer IV" and then we had a reorg in the company. The result being that all the job titles have been modified. I am now "Software Developer Senior Advisor" instead of "Software Developer IV".

Long story short, am I in trouble because of the job title change? Do I have to go through the PERM and I-140 approval process again?
